If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, just ship back to us in brand new condition within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll get you a refund. Just shoot us an email at support@hatsers.com Also, note that it takes 6-10 days to receive the money back in your account after a return is initiated. 

Also in the unlikely event of any problems with your purchase, just let us know. We’re in it for the long haul and will make sure you get your problem solved as soon as possible.

Yes! Pretty much everywhere. All Hatsers purchases are sent out with International Tracked Post.  Please note that tracking is available after 3 days from purchase due to processing handling and packing.  Also it’s unlikely but, remember your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you'll be responsible for.

The simple answer is Yes. Please note that it usually takes 1-2 days for orders to process and get out the door. Since we ship worldwide shipping times vary from country to country but normally your order should be with you in about a week.
